One House Build

DAY 1

Cut

The cut will be at a time you pick.

We will arrive approximately 2 hours before cut to set up.

You will need 20-25 people for the cut.

You will need 4 people that know how to use miter saws. Everyone else will be “toters” – they will carry the cut wood to the pick line.

The cut takes about 2-2 1/2 hours.

Team Leaders Meeting – Team Leaders are extremely important for a successful build.

You will need 15 team leaders for a build. Team Leaders should be able to read a simple blueprint, use a hammer and measuring tape, and be able to instruct others.  Team Leaders must attend the Team Leaders training. This meeting should be after the cut.  The meeting will take about 1 hour.
